What area is available now?
The initial service is limited to roofing and AC quotes in Naples and Collier County, Florida.
Is a verdict a professional appraisal?
No. It is an estimate based on the quote information and our limited launch benchmark. It does not replace an inspection, bid, appraisal, engineering advice, or permit review.
Will I automatically receive three new bids?
No. You can request a connection after your verdict, but provider availability varies. Veridex does not promise that a provider will bid or beat an existing quote.
What happens to my uploaded quote?
We store the submitted file reference and contact details to prepare your request. We do not publish your quote file or contractor name on a shareable verdict card.
